I remember clearly the day my family delivered me to Main to start my journey at Agnes Scott. It seems like yesterday, not nearly 69 years ago, at yet here we are. The four years spent on campus were defining moments for us all.
Our 65th reunion will be April 16-17, 2027. Please mark your calendars and plan to come. We have much to celebrate, not the least that we are still here, but also our love for our alma mater and each other. How many friendships do we have that go back as far as these?
You will be hearing more from Peggy McGeachy Roberson (Fund Chair) about our class gift to the college and I hope we can all be as generous as possible. Milling Kinard (Secretary), Ann Lee Gravich (VP), and I will be working on finding lost classmates.
If you haven’t seen the renovated Main Hall, you are in for a treat. The campus has never looked better and the enrollment numbers are exciting. Also, we will have the opportunity to meet and visit with students since the date has returned to April.
The brochure for reunion will be mailed in January and early registration starts in February, ending March 23. So watch your mail for more details. Let’s get our red on and get ready to party.
I can’t wait to see you and the pink dogwoods! Texas may have a lot, but it doesn’t have those.
